1. Applicability These general terms and conditions apply to all reservations and agreements for the Work & Play concept at Nieuw Marlot, entered into by companies and organizations.

2. Reservation and confirmation A reservation is final once it has been confirmed in writing (by email) by Nieuw Marlot.

3. Cancellation by the client

• Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before the booked date.

• In the event of cancellation within 7 days of the booking date, Nieuw Marlot is entitled to charge 100% of the arrangement amount.

4. Payment

• Full payment must be received by Nieuw Marlot no later than 7 days before the booking date.

• If payment is not received on time, Nieuw Marlot reserves the right to cancel the booking without further obligations.

• Any costs arising from this are for the account of the client.

5. Participation and liability

• Participation in sports activities (gym, padel clinic, and free play) is at the participant's own risk.

• Nieuw Marlot is not liable for injury, damage, or loss of personal belongings, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

• The client is responsible for informing participants about their physical fitness.

6. Force majeure In the event of force majeure (such as extreme weather conditions, technical failures, or government measures), Nieuw Marlot reserves the right to modify or cancel the program. A suitable alternative will be sought in mutual consultation.

7. Conduct and house rules Participants must adhere to the house rules of Nieuw Marlot. In the event of undesirable or unsafe behavior, participation may be refused without the right to a refund.

8. Applicable law Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are preferably resolved through mutual consultation.
